In order to increase the aviation fire-gun's dynamic performance and its reliability under continuous fastly impact, the engineers need set its computional modeling parameters for the simulation. But whether the results of the simulation approach the precision we needed is unknown. The engineers build The Continuous Impact Experiment Equipment to do the testing instead of the real fire-gun. What we talk about in this paper is the better plan, the development of the Control and Test software and the methods to analyze the acquired data for improve the presicion of Virtual-Real Mixed Simulation. In the paper, we anlyze the status of the national and foreign Continus Impact Experiment, Testing Systems Based on Virtual Instruments, Virtual-Real Mixed Simulation and summarized, and then confirm the content and the target of research in the paper (Chapter One). For the next, it introduces the technology of Virtual Instrument (VI), chose the programming environment and the hardware for the impact experiment with in the characteristics of VI application. And then it gets to the research of the better plan for the design of the experiment (Chapter Two) and the development of the Experiment Control and Testing & Analysis programm (Chapter Three). In Chapter Four, it does the research of the data acquisition methods and the programming. In Chapter Five it gives the way to preview analyze the acquired data in time domain and frequence domain, and its realization with programming. In Chapter Six, it finishes the contrast with the DAQ data and simulation's results (not only in domain of time, but also in frequence) in detail, including the laser coordinates and shooting simulation's spread analysis, use it to be the evidence of increasing the Virtual-Real Mixed Simulation's precision, improve the reliability of the whole simulation approaches.
