The Study Of Seat Style Electric Massage Chair

Especially with the percentage of office people enhances, so the sub-health population increases, the electric massage chairs which inherit massage method from traditional Chinese medical have good effect on combating sub-health, but now most of the electric massage chairs have the problems of difficult to control massage pressure and lacking of multi-methods for massage. The core of this dissertation is mainly to develop a body seat style electric massage chair.This dissertation has made a review analysis of the massage robots and standards at home and abroad, and proposed the overall design for shape adaptive massage chair, which includes prototype selection, hardware circuit design, software design and massage pressure simulation experiments. The prototype of the massage chair is designed based on GB/T26182-2010 and GB4706, and according to traditional Chinese medical massage principle, this paper proposed technology indicators related to massage chair, including rotate circle number for [0, 40r/min], beat frequency for [0, 10Hz], massage route including longitudinal route for [0,80cm], horizontal massage route for [9cm, 24cm] of upper body massage region. The massage chair is based on STM32 processor to control system hardware circuit, including various types of motor-driven modules,detection module and so on, developed the massage chair control software based on the motherboard circuit. Aiming at the problem of accuracy pressure control for massage chair, this paper researched on the massage pressure model based on impedance control, and built simulation model of the massage chair control system, which is based on fuzzy control algorithm by means of SIMULINK.Experimental results show that the prototype can realize automatic massage mode switch, adjustable massage intensity, massage time setting and other functions according to the massage chair control signals, so that can achieve the purpose of effective massage. According to massage experimental phenomena, massage adaptability reflects on the massagemovements could be adjusted depending on the body shape detected signal,and also the control system can adjust massage range and massage position;according to experimental data analysis, which shows that the prototype massage technique parameters are higher than the designed indicators,massage comfort has been improved.
