| As a health-care device that replaces manual massage,the massage chair can not only relax the body and mind but also can relieve the muscle pain of the user.The development of massage chairs started late in China.At present,most massage chairs on the market have relatively simple functions and fixed massage procedures,and the massage technique cannot be adjusted according to user feedback.Based on this,a new type of massage chair core structure is designed,which can realize a variety of massage techniques.In addition,a massage chair effect evaluation model is established,which can find the most suitable massage technique for each user.The new core structure designed in this paper mainly includes four sub-function mechanisms,which are walking mechanism,width adjustment mechanism,finger pressure mechanism and hammer mechanism.Through the software algorithm to cooperatively control the walking mechanism,the width adjustment mechanism and the acupressure mechanism,any massage method can be simulated in space.In addition,the body of the massage chair can be measured by these three mechanisms to flexibly adjust the working range of the massage chair.In order to compare the advantages and disadvantages of different massage techniques,a massage effect evaluation model is established.According to the usage scene of the massage chair,this article believes that evaluating the quality of the massage effect can be transformed into evaluating the degree of a certain massage technique to relieve fatigue.That is,by monitoring the changes in EMG signals before and after massage,using machine learning algorithms to determine whether the muscles have recovered from fatigue according to the EMG signals after massage,and further compare the effects of different massage techniques.Based on the characteristics of EMG signals and the main noise that occurs during the acquisition process,a dedicated hardware acquisition circuit is designed.Then the wavelet denoising algorithm is used to digitally filter the collected EMG signals,and the denoising effect experiment is designed to obtain the optimal parameters of wavelet denoising.The above method can ensure that the obtained EMG signal has a high signal-to-noise ratio and can better characterize the muscle fatigue state.Based on the support vector machine algorithm,an effect evaluation model is established.The characteristics of the EMG signal are extracted as the input of the model.The output of the model is the state of the EMG signal(normal or fatigue).After collecting the EMG signal for a period of time after the massage,the model can score the effect of this massage.By comparing the scores,the effects of different massage techniques can be compared. |
