Study On The Protection And Use Of Ming Granary Area In The Old City Reconstruction Of Zhangye City

As one of the poorest provinces in China,Gansu Province faces serious development challenges.Gansu’s per capita GDP is the lowest in the country,less than half of the national average,accounting for only 23% of leading regions such as Beijing and Shanghai.Gansu Province is also ranked as the last of all provinces in terms of per capita disposable income.Although the development of Gansu Province faces challenges,its potential is huge.Located in the middle of the Silk Road,Gansu Province has three thousand miles of Silk Road and 8,000 years of history and culture.It is an important birthplace of Chinese civilization and has rich natural,historical and cultural resources.Zhangye City is an important node city on the Silk Road Economic Belt.It has a unique natural geographical advantage and rich historical accumulation.It is an important transportation hub with a splendid national culture,a profound religious culture and a developed business culture.Zhangye City is rich in tourism resources.This study can solve the problem of slightly insufficient tourism products in Zhangye City.In response to this problem,this paper builds Zhangye Intangible Cultural Heritage Research Center and Folk Culture Exhibition Hall in Mingliangcang District through the use of existing buildings in Mingliangcang and General Bingfu District,and creates Zhangye Frontier Culture in the General Military Area.The research center and the Zhangye Frontier Cultural Exhibition Hall will make the ancient buildings show their historical and cultural charm,and exert their use and inheritance value.This paper first explains the background,significance and related concepts of historical buildings and block protection and utilization in the old city reconstruction,and then expounds related research at home and abroad,and then carried out the Mingliang warehouse and the general military office in Zhangye City.Practice research and finally make recommendations.It is hoped that through the study of this article,it can bring about the promotion of Gansu’s economic development,and at the same time it can be used as reference for the protection of ancient cities and the development of tourism in other provinces and cities.
