| The logistics hub aims at optimizing the spatial and temporal allocation of social and economic resources,gathers all kinds of resource elements of different spatial scales,and completes the integration and unification of material flow,capital flow,talent flow,information flow,technology flow and so on.With the further development of the "Belt and Road" initiative and the rapid pace of constructing the "double cycle" new development pattern,the high-level logistics hub will play an increasingly important role in optimizing the spatial layout of the national industrial economy and speeding up the construction of a modern economic system.At the end of 2018,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council,in order to give full play to the basic,strategic and leading role of the logistics industry in the social economy,approved the layout of six types of national logistics hubs,such as dry port logistics hub,port logistics hub,airport logistics hub,production service logistics hub,trade service logistics hub and land border port logistics hub.Among them,the key role of dry port logistics hub in accelerating the high speed circulation of elements and promoting the development of regional economy has been paid more and more attention by countries all over the world.At the same time,the related research on dry port logistics hub has gradually become a new topic of concern in academic circles at home and abroad.This paper mainly consists of three parts: theoretical analysis,process description and factor exploration.In the theoretical analysis part,this paper first combs the current situation and trend of domestic and foreign related research on dry port and logistics hub,and makes a systematic and scientific definition of the concept connotation of dry port logistics hub on the basis of absorbing the existing research contents at home and abroad and drawing lessons from excellent theoretical achievements.At the same time,the driving mechanism of land-port logistics hub development is analyzed from two aspects: internal factors and external influence.Based on the multi-dimensional analysis of the development driving mechanism of land port logistics hub,the process description part constructs the index evaluation system from three dimensions: infrastructure,logistics operation and information technology,and selects the panel data from 2001 to 2018 to measure the comprehensive development strength of dry port logistics hub in China by entropy method.On the one hand,the temporal evolution characteristics of land-port logistics hub strength are analyzed,and the development pattern and evolution trend of each logistics hub are observed through spatial visualization technology.On the other hand,using Gini coefficient method to measure the spatial distribution law of logistics hub development,the contribution of comprehensive strength is explored by Gini coefficient decomposition.Besides,the spatial interpolation technology based on Arc GIS software platform is used to simulate the spatial pattern,differentiation and evolution characteristics of dry port logistics hub in China.In order to be more comprehensive,there are obvious differences in the comprehensive strength of dry port logistics hub in China. |
