Study On Business Process Reengineering In Engineering Project Management Of T Company

In this paper thorough understanding about the theory of project management at home and abroad,the author study the theory of business process reengineering and related application.On this basis,according to the real management of T company case,for part of the work flow in the process of engineering project management,that how to carry out business process reengineering is studied and discussed.This paper first summarizes the research significance,the related concept of business process reengineering and development,the present situation of the current project management.Aiming at problems in T company project management process,the author referenced the practical experience of actual case.The author analyzed a hospital intellectualization project of T company process in case.the author summarized the method for business process reengineering in the process of project management.The implementation of ERP management software can effectively optimize the business process.In the process of project implementation,each work process of intelligent systems company can shorten time to communicate through informationization means(ERP),improve the work efficiency,reduce mistakes,reduce the project construction cost.The projects can be executed by the project manager responsibility system,on the material procurement process,construction process,the project department for reimbursement process,such as process reengineering business process,improve the work enthusiasm of the project team,the ability to give full play to the project team.Improve the benefits of the project through the changes and claims in the project construction process.
