| Against the backdrop of a certain saturation in the construction market and a shift in industry development from quantity to quality,competition among construction enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce and profits are significantly decreasing.Therefore,in order to adapt to the business environment of the new era and alleviate the survival crisis of construction enterprises,construction enterprises need to carry out cost control throughout the entire process of their engineering projects based on the concept of the entire process,promoting the transformation of construction enterprises from traditional extensive management to refined management,thereby helping them achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency.This study is based on the theory of Business Process Reengineering(BPR)and aims to optimize and enhance cost management throughout the entire process of C Company’s engineering projects.Firstly,the concepts and basic principles related to cost management were elaborated;Secondly,based on real-life scenarios,analyze and study the development status of C company’s engineering project cost management,and discover existing problems and corresponding influencing factors in C company’s engineering project cost management through questionnaire survey method;Once again,based on the influencing factors found in the investigation,propose improvement suggestions on how to improve the entire process cost management of C Company’s engineering projects;Finally,based on practical objectives,the expected effectiveness of the entire process cost management was evaluated and estimated,and relevant safeguard measures were proposed.The research results indicate that the regression coefficients of organizational structure,personnel factors,information technology,and the entire process cost control process on the BPR of C company’s engineering project management process are 0.272,0.176,0.334,and0.569,respectively,p<0.01,which are statistically significant.This indicates that the above four factors have a significant positive relationship with the BPR of C company’s engineering project management process,The implementation of BPR for the entire process management of engineering projects in Company C is influenced by the above four factors.This indicates that in the entire process of cost management for C company’s engineering projects,improvements and optimizations need to be made from the above four aspects,in order to help achieve the optimization of C company’s engineering project cost management based on the entire process. |
