Full Process Management Of Project Cost Based On BIM

Construction engineering cost management has been considered as the most core content in the engineering project activities.With the continuous development of construction industry in recent years,cost management system in our country is in constant perfection and development,and the basic valuation tools and valuation model are also in constant ascension,however,there are still lots of problems affecting the implementation of the construction project cost control method,such as the cost model in our country still exists the problems about disjointing with the market,difficult in information sharing and collaborative,lacking of the unified standards within the scope of national and elaborating the concept of cost management,slow to update and maintain engineering data,etc.Facing the current engineering construction project cost in whole process still exists many problems to solve,in this paper,BIM(Building Information Modeling)technology and the BLM(Building Life cycle Management)concepts are introduced,to solve the horizontal information loss and the longitudinal communication disorders in the whole project life cycle,making each stage,each participant to achieve real-time dynamic project based data sharing and communication.This paper focuses on the following questions:(1)Research and analysis the shortage and characteristics of cost management in our engineering construction field,and through a lot of investigation and study to analysis the BIM/BLM technology research status at home and abroad;(2)Discuss the development of construction informatization in our country,the introduction of the concept of BLM will lay a solid foundation of the informatization,and emphatically analyzes the BIM technology and the BLM concept,and introduces the IFC standard;(3)Analysis in detail about the project management status and the existing problems in our country at present stage,and through consulting lots of literature to prove the necessity of the whole process cost management implementation and the problems exist in the implementation in our country.Theoretical analysis the value of introduction BIM technology and the application in the different stages of the whole process cost;(4)Here introduce the engineering case,from multiple perspectives,multiple faces,comparing the application of BIM technology in each phase of the project to the benefits of the project after application,to study the BIM technology which is introduced into the whole process of cost management,what brings contribution and value to the construction industry.
