Research On Application Of BIM Technology Based On Interoperability

Under the background of information age,BIM technology is becoming a new driving force for the development of construction industry.Although there is a certain foundation for the research of BIM technology at present,the system is not yet mature and it is difficult to exert the maximum effect.From the perspective of interoperability,this thesis studies the development of BIM technology,analyzes its collaborative work methods,illustrates the standard and process of interoperability with case studies,and provides new ideas for BIM technology application research.Through the research on the status and standards of BIM technology at home and abroad,this thesis confirms that the development of BIM technology is closely related to the theory of interoperability.The theory of interoperability is developed from the field of military intelligence and LCIM divides it's process into 7 parts.While the existing BIM standards could be divided into two parts: technical standard which is related to the computer field and implementation standard which is related to the engineering field.And they also enable effective transmission of building information between different BIM software so as to achieve multiparty collaboration.In the perfect BIM technology system,all phases of the lifecycle and related personnel are integrated into a unified platform,and the corresponding work is completed through information sharing.This thesis analyzes the characteristics of hospital and the particularity of BIM technology using in hospital building.Taking the stages of green design,operation and maintenance management,and reconstruction and expansion as examples,the application of BIM technology under the theory of interoperability is analyzed,which is the initial exploration of establishing BIM system.The BIM implementation standard is an advanced phase of interoperability.This thesis takes Pingjiang hospital project as an example,summarizes the specific process of BIM implementation standard from four aspects: environment,object,application,delivery and display,and completes the engineering demonstration of implementing BIM technology interoperability with standard processes.The correspondingsolutions and suggestions are proposed through the evaluation and difficulty assessment of interoperability,and finally summarizes the conclusions and shortcomings of this paper,so as to provide reference for future research.
