At present,high-speed railway has become a beautiful name card of China's manufacturing industry going to the world.However,the construction quality of China's high-speed railway is imperfect,and the quality of some high-speed railway lines is not commensurate with the speed of operation.China Railway Corporation plans to focus on building a number of " excellent project " for high-speed railway,further comprehensively and systematically improving the quality of high-speed railway construction and establishing quality standards for " excellent project " for high-speed railway.As the first batch of practical " excellent project " of high-speed railway in the new period,the M project of Meizhou-shantou high-speed railway aims to carry out quality improvement activities and improve the quality management level of the project through theoretical research and practical exploration of quality management,so as to promote establishing the quality control mode of " excellent project ".This paper objectively analyzes the practical background of " excellent project " of high-speed railway,and comprehensively sorts out the explicit and implicit quality objectives and requirements of " excellent project ".On the basis of the theory of modern project quality management,using quality management tools such as the checklist,histogram,Delphi method,pareto diagram,cause and effect analysis diagram,Affinity diagrams,four points figure,quality function deployment(QFD),carding statistical quality problem,find the comparative gap to the " excellent project " quality,analyze the important and difficult points of project quality management,study the main direction of quality improvement,plan key measures of quality control,investigate quality improvement satisfaction.In this paper,based on the investigation of the disparity quality problem in the M project of Meizhou-shantou high-speed railway,the main comparative difference between process quality and " excellent project " is clarified.Then classified and analyzed,and identified three priorities in process quality(construction accuracy,key process quality,and special process control).Then through studying the influence of five production factors(man,machine,material,method,environment)on process quality,three key objects of quality improvement are determined: strengthening ability quality,vigorously reforming the tools and tools,and innovating the process method.Specific and detailed implementation of the four key control measures—System upgrade quality management concepts and methods,build comprehensive education training base,renovate installation debugging and testing tools,set up the factory pre-distribution center.Specifically,formulate the corresponding implementation plan of key control measures for quality improvement.Finally,This paper compares the periodic effects of quality control in the M project of Meizhou-shantou high-speed railway through inspection,evaluate objectively the effectiveness of quality control measures in achieving the goal of " excellent project".Conduct periodical customer satisfaction survey on key measures of quality improvement,analyze and summarize the gain and loss of the project quality improvement activities,positive results and experience,analyze errors and deficiencies.Point out the next step of quality improvement,expound the reference significance of the quality improvement activities of similar high-speed railway projects in the future,and put forward some suggestions on the establishment of quality standard and quality control mode of " excellent project " of high-speed railway.
