Research On Quality Control And Optimization Of High Speed Railway Construction Project

In recent years, China high-speed railway construction develops vigorously at a large scale, which has made remarkable achievements. However, there are still many problems in high-speed railway construction. It is necessary to carry out research on quality control.Firstly this paper introduces basics of quality control, features and quality management of high-speed railway construction. Secondly this paper analyzes 60 high-speed rail mass accident cases, combining literature research and expert advice. The paper proposes 12 major quality influence factors, namely, construction measurement, communication, system management, laws and regulations, duration of the project, survey and design, construction materials, construction methods, project personnel, project investment, operating environment,construction machinery. The paper uses expert investigation to determine whether there is relationship between the factors above. All 12 factors are divided into three degrees, direct reason, indirect reason and fundamental reason, which can be used to explain ISM.Meanwhile, the paper sores the 12 main factors on high-speed rail construction quality effect.In addition, the multiplicity and the effect degree are determined and sorted according to the judgments of project management experts, which can help to grade 12 factors into three levels.Finally, the control methods of construction engineering quality are proposed on three degrees and three levels, which provide theoretical significance for resolving engineering quality problem.The paper develops a three-dimensional space management model of high-speed railway construction project quality control by combining quality influence factors research, which establishes linkage between quality factors dimension, logic dimension and time dimension.The three dimensions of the system work together to provide effective a quality control of management methods. Yu-Wan high-speed railway Dianjiang station is used as a example to validate three-dimensional quality control in practice.
