Study On Construction Quality Control And Management Of Sound Barrier Project Of CY High-speed Railway

With the rapid development of high-speed railway in our country,between and within cities,crisscrossing each other,bringing great convenience to people’s lives,trains are running faster and faster,as a result,more noise is generated in the train itself,between the train and the track,and at the same time,the scope of the impact on the environment is becoming larger and larger.Therefore,the problem of noise pollution will have to be faced and solved in the construction of high-speed railway.At present,the effective method is to build the sound barrier along the railway line to reduce the impact of high-speed railway noise on people.However,the construction of the sound barrier project seems to be simple,in order to achieve the desired noise reduction effect,except for the structural performance of the sound barrier itself,the actual construction of sound barrier is also an important factor to ensure the effect of noise reduction,followed by the impact on the entire railway construction is crucial.In this paper,based on the CY high-speed railway sound barrier project,consulting literature,learning theoretical methods,and combining with the actual construction site and environmental conditions of the sound barrier,this paper analyzes the technical problems,potential quality problems and the factors that affect the construction quality in each phase of the project,such as the pre-construction phase,the construction phase and the construction completion phase,and applies the management method of total quality control,combining with relevant theories such as PDCA circulation method,this paper finds out the main reasons that affect the construction quality,analyzes the quality points that need to be controlled and the problems that are easy to appear in this process,and puts forward the solving and optimizing methods,improve the quality control measures in the actual construction,perfect the quality control and management system applicable to the construction of high-speed railway noise barrier,so as to improve the quality control and management level of the project construction,so that the sound barrier function in the railway transport system to play a greater role for the safety of train operation to provide further protection.
