Research On Quality Control Of HuKun High-speed Railway Project

Since the last century in 60 s,with the development of economy,and the improvement of people's life,the total amount of high-speed rail construction will continue steady growing in the future for a long period of time in China,thus the construction of high-speed rail will account for an important position in the future of national construction.Because high standards of the designation of high speed railway construction,a large amount of difficult points in construction control,the research on how to improve the quality of high-speed rail construction will be directly related to the development of enterprises.In this paper,combined with practical work experience,take the construction process of A section of HuKun high speed railway project as an example,then analyze the construction quality problems encountered in high-speed railway construction.By studying all kinds of advanced quality management theories and combining the characteristics of high-speed railway quality management,this paper argues that the implementation of total quality management can fundamentally control the quality of the project.Through the statistical summary on the existing problems in the process of building A section of high-speed rail project of HuKun,the main problems were found in the construction of reinforced concrete,where low pass rate of the protective layer of reinforced concrete and poor quality of the appearance of reinforced concrete running through the entire process of project construction was the important problem in quality management.Through the specific analysis on the two problems,using the improvement tools of histogram,pie chart,and tree quality etc,focusing on human factors,equipment factors,material factors,and methods of construction factors,environmental factors and several main factors,find the key factors influencing the construction quality control of the project,and analyze the reasons.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the project is in the "quasi second" stage of the quality management development phase(statistical quality control stage).Finally,for the quality management stage of the project and the main influencing factors of quality,put forward firstly to enter and stabilize the second stage of the management mode,and then enter the third stage(total quality management)of gradual improvement measures.It has been proved by practice that these measures are feasible and effective,and have played a positive role in promoting the quality management of the project.
