Research On Quality Supervision Of The New Shiji Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Project

China's railway engineering supervision system already implement for nearly 20 years,the implementation of railway construction supervision system not only to ensure the quality and safety of railway projects,but also to ensure the interests of all parties.But at present the problems of China's railway construction supervision is still prominent.For example,the railway management enterprise management system is imperfect,the supervisor's sense of responsibility is not strong,the sense of crisis and innovation consciousness is not strong,the supervision and management mechanism of the supervision is not fully established,and many specific problems in the supervision and implementation process need to be improved,the railway supervision enterprises restructuring,supervision and management of rights and responsibilities,supervision fees,supervision and development direction and other issues are still more prominent.This paper takes the four key projects of four high-speed railways in China-the new Shijiazhuang-Jinan Passenger Dedicated Line project as the research object.Firstly,the connotation of project management and engineering supervision is studied theoretically,and the quality supervision is expounded.Secondly,it introduces the general situation of the project and discusses the division of responsibilities and the relationship between the organization of the supervision department,staffing,supervision department and supervision group.Thirdly,the measures and methods in the process of quality supervision in the process of quality supervision are analyzed and researched in the three aspects of pre-control,control and ex post control,and the problems in the supervision process are carried out and list.Finally,combined with the engineering examples,the paper puts forward the methods and improvement measures to solve the existing supervision work.Because of the railway projects' large investment,large line length,professional cross-operation,the coordination of large workload and other characteristics,making its management difficult,high demand for supervision.The supervision and management measures of this paper have a great reference significance for the construction supervision of large-scale railway projects in the future.
