Research On The Cultivation Of Community Autonomy Capacity Of Adding Elevators To Existing Residential Buildings

With the advent of new urbanization,urban planning is facing the dual backgrounds of quality optimization of stock space and transformation of social governance.The addition of elevators to existing residential buildings is a new urban planning phenomenon under the background of this era,reflecting people's yearning for a better life at a higher level.This community micro-renewal phenomenon has the characteristics of small scale,strong pertinence,flexibility,richness and diversity.It has a moistening and silent effect on the comprehensive promotion of community environment,and has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.On March 5,2018,at the 13 th session of the National People's Congress,Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council pointed out in his report on the work of the government: "Improving the quality of new urbanization...Encourage conditional elevator installation.The core of the new urbanization is to strengthen the fine service and humanized management,so that everyone has a fair development opportunity,so that residents can live more convenient and comfortable.However,the current theoretical and practical research on participatory community planning in China is not well used to explain this urban planning phenomenon.In this paper,the existing residential building elevator as the research object,analysis of this phenomenon for the cultivation of community autonomy.Chapter one expounds the research background,significance and methods of this paper,and puts forward the research objects and problems of this paper.There are three problems in the study:(1)what are the characteristics of the elevators in existing residential buildings in China? To what extent does it reflect community autonomy?(2)what are the success or failure factors of building elevators in existing residential buildings in Zhongshan? What are the characteristics of their self organizing behaviors in communities?(3)the relationship between organization and self-organization in the community autonomy of existing residential buildings with elevators? What path should we take to foster community autonomy? The second chapter puts forward the theoretical basis of this paper,this article from the community self-organization,the logic of collective action,game theory,justice theory and other domestic and foreign theories to find theoretical support.The third chapter summarizes the status quo of the existing elevators in the whole country,Zhongshan and related cities.Through vertical and horizontal comparisons,the status quo,characteristics and problems of existing residential elevators are obtained,and the relationship between existing residential elevators and community autonomy is explained.Chapter four analyzes the case of adding elevators to existing residential buildings in ZhongshanCity,analyzes the success or failure factors of the case,and summarizes the characteristics of self-organizing behavior of the existing residential building elevators.The fifth chapter analyzes the practice behavior and influence of other organization of existing residential building elevator from two aspects of government and market,and puts forward the problems existing in the practice of other organization.The sixth chapter puts forward the strategic proposal for the existing housing plus elevator.Chapter seven summarizes the relationship between other organizations and self-organization in the process of cultivating community autonomy ability from the practical cases of building elevators in existing residential buildings.It puts forward the principles and paths of cultivating community autonomy.The eighth chapter answers the three research questions at the beginning of this paper,and reflects on the shortcomings of this study.The purpose of this paper is to analyze how to cultivate community autonomy from the new urban planning phenomenon of adding elevators to existing residential buildings.With a view to building an example of empirical research on the ability of community self-organization and community autonomy.
