Feed water pump is one of the high energy consuming equipment in power production enterprises,and water supply system is also an important part of water cycle.The water supply system driven by the motor has its great potential in the selection and optimization of energy saving methods.With the improvement of the frequency conversion technology and the improvement of the application technology,the frequency conversion device directly changes the frequency of the motor input power to adjust the motor,effectively improving the efficiency of the motor at low load.This makes the variable frequency speed regulation become a choice to optimize the water supply system and reduce the energy consumption of the feed pump.The main contents of this study are as follows:By analyzing the production control mode of the water supply system,the main control units affecting the efficiency of the water supply system are summarized.The main causes and energy saving potential of high energy consumption of feed pump motor in production are analyzed.In view of the structure and working characteristics of the hydraulic coupler device,the deficiency of the speed regulation method and the potential of energy saving and optimization are analyzed.Through the analysis of production operation,there is room for energy saving adjustment in the control mode of water supply system.Through the comparison and analysis of various speed regulation modes,the frequency conversion technology is adopted to transform the frequency conversion device of the feed pump motor.The transmission mode of the hydraulic coupler is analyzed,and the energy-saving optimization scheme of the hydraulic coupler device is obtained.At the same time,the pre-pump unit and oil system which may be affected by frequency conversion transformation are analyzed and selected.According to the analysis of the data and curves of the variable frequency transformation of the water supply system driven by the hydraulic coupler,it is concluded that the energy saving effect of the variable frequency speed control method is remarkable,the electricity saving rate can reach 17% to 30%,and the cost of generating electricity generation is about 1 million 967 thousand yuan each year,and the economic benefit is considerable.It has great application space and energy-saving potential in energy-saving optimization of water supply system.
