Auxiliary power consumption rate is one of the Key indicators to evaluate a powerplant. Presently, along with the deepen of reform and power price competition to network of the thermal electricity generation enterprise in our country, they have already become the urgent question to solve in the thermal power enterprise:how to reduce the power generation cost and strengthen the internal management and carry out energy conservation, improving power and competitive ability of enterprise.This Paper deeply analyzes the principle and characteristic of diversified motor speed control technology, and compares the performance and scope of application of different speed control mode. It is analyzing the application situation of several High-voltage motors speed control system in production process in Shenhua Guohua Zhungeer Power Plant, testing the whole energy conservation effect of speed control system, analyzing the application problem, studying the application situation of several motors governing technology. By analyzing and comparing domestic and foreign motors governing technology, it brings forward the project of High-voltage motors frequency conversion and speed control apply in Shenhua Guohua Zhungeer Power Plant.
