Energy saving and consumption reducing,the transformation and upgrading are the two core contents of the modern industrial production.Combined with the actual working condition of heat-supply system suit to the large scale production,the asynchronous motor energy-saving operation scheme,which is very important to the heavy industry,will be contrasted to discuss in this paper.With the research of the pump speed regulation modes and the discussing of the better design for the pump energy-saving control scheme in the heating network,we will seek a pump speed control scheme,which can make the construction investment and the pumps working efficiently.Combined with the design and planning of pumping station and pipe network,this paper expounds the actual operating conditions after the current operation,and as an important prerequisite for the selection of the pump speed control scheme.To reduce the investment cost and improve the reliability of the equipments,and ensure the operation of pumping station as a whole regulation performance,this paper has discussed for the feasibility of using different return water pump set with different mixing speed way.I cost a comparison of energy-saving performance,reliable performance and investment operation and maintenance during the pump of high voltage variable frequency speed regulation scheme and hydraulic coupler speed control scheme in this paper: expounds the advantages of inverter in energy saving,and gives the disadvantage in the harmonic pollution,cost control and reliability clearly.Combining with the actual conditions of production and operation and Using the energy saving effects of variable frequency speed regulation as a reference,this paper discussed the feasibility of the method,which is focusing of governor hydraulic coupler and variable pole adjustable speed motor coordination can cover hydraulic coupler in the energy performance of relatively short board.On this basis,I lead to the point of different pump variable pole two speed control scheme,which can improve investment efficiency and reliability point of pumping station.And by 2015-2016 heating season networking test parameter analysis,demonstrates the cost control and energy saving effect by speed control type hydraulic coupler together with change pole motor of speed regulating in the system.Finally,on the basis of author’s work area of heating working,and prospects of the diversified application in traditional control mode,pointed out the meaning of work about the electrical engineering and technical personnel in non electric industry.
