Research On Function Automated Test System Of Automobile Electronic Control Equipment

Automotive electronics is an important mark to measure the level of modern cars,whose improvement degree is also an important technical indicator to mensure the performance of new product.Automobile electrical has an irreplaceable role in the development of indigenous car industry.With the sharply increased number of automobile electronic equipment,the automobile electronic control system becomes more and more complex.One of the key question is: how to guarantee a stable and efficient work of automobile electronic control system.Based on the analysis of automotive electronic control system testing requirements of some automobile manufacturer,this paper come up with a general framework of automobile electronic control test platform,which can realize functional automation.According to this general framework,this paper build the function division of hardware or s oftware and the core structure,and specifically realize hardware/software system.Finally this paper realize the debugging of the equipment platform and function testing.The core c ontent of this paper follows:(1)Considering the requirements of resource configuration flexibility and platform versatility,this paper with NI emulator as its nucleus set up a hardware platform.(2)Based on the requirements of manual an automated testing,the upper-position computer interface,developed by Lab View language of NI software,can manually testing ECU module.It can also realize automated testing by transferring the bottom module development automation test scripts through Test Stand testing management software.(3)The actual testing is carried out by this testing platform.The results shows that this testing platform could rapidly and accurately test the performance of automobile electronic control system and timely discover and solve problems.This platform reduce the development cost and cycles of new produce.It can also improve safe reliability of new product after post-marketing.
