| With the rapid development of intelligent networked vehicle technology,the intelligent degree of vehicles is getting higher and higher,and more Electronic Control units(ECU)are needed to realize the intelligence,which makes the layout of vehicle bus more and more complex.The traditional test platform has low efficiency and poor versatility,and cannot meet the test requirements of OEMs.This paper takes CAN(controller area network)bus and LIN(Local Interconnect Network)bus network test as the research and development background,analyzes the shortcomings of the traditional test platform,and proposes a vehicle based on the Vector tool chain Bus automation test platform.This article creates a test platform through the Vector tool chain,combines the CANoe software platform,introduces the concept of automated testing,uses C++language that can be called by CAPL(Communication Access Programming Language)language to develop the underlying driver,and calls the hardware test equipment to collect and analyze CAN/LIN bus data,automatically generate test reports,realize autovehicle bus testing,and solve the efficiency and versatility of vehicle-mounted bus testing of OEMs.Finally,this paper designs a comparative test between automated testing and manual testing to verify the platform’s high testing efficiency and strong versatility.The main research contents are as follows:1.The types of vehicle buses are explained,the current status of bus automation testing and the problems to be solved are analyzed,the CAN/LIN bus ISO(International Organization for Standardization)model and bus communication protocol are studied,and the bus test content and test requirements are further analyzed,and design an automated test system based on the Vector tool chain vehicle bus.2.This platform uses Vector tool chain hardware equipment as the design basis,combined with the test cases written by the OEM,writes unit node test scripts,and designs the test execution process.3.According to the test content and test requirements,the feasibility analysis of the hardware equipment and software system is carried out,and the overall structure of the test platform is designed.Use CANoe to build a simulation network,Panel Designer to design a control panel,CANdb++ to create a database,and CAPL language to write test scripts.According to the test requirements,design the interactive interface between the management software and the execution system,and write the test scripts of the automated test platform according to the test cases and related bus protocols of the OEM to realize CAN communication 、 LIN communication 、 CAN gateway 、 OSEK(Open Systems and their Interfaces for the Electronics in Motor Vehicles)network management and diagnosis protocol Automated testing.4.Through the bus data analysis of different test environments,it verifies the good execution of the hardware equipment in the test platform.Through testcases,verification testing process friendly interactive interface,Through manual test and automated test platform to conduct different bus test comparison experiments,and time-consuming analysis,to verify the versatility and test efficiency of the vehicle-based bus automated test platform based on the Vector tool chain. |
