Method And Implementation Of Automated Test For Automobile Window Electric Control Unit

The modern vehicle mostly adopt the auto electric window lifter system,the ECU in automobile window is an important component of automobile parts,so the vehicle window ECU's electrical function test is very important and necessary.Nowadays,automobile electronic technology develops rapidly,the automobile electric system is no longer a single system,it should complete with other subsystem composed of multiple objectives and tasks of the comprehensive coordination of distributed electronic control system.The traditional manual testing has complex operation,long cycle,so the establishment of a scientific and reasonable system of automated electrical test has an important significance to shorten the test cycle,reduce development.The article focuses on the automated test method at home and abroad and the future development prospects of detailed study,then bases on concrete structure of vehicle bus(CAN communication,LIN communication),describes the working principle of the bus,explains its significance in data transmission of the whole test system.Combined with test standards the vehicle manufacture proposed and demanded,designing the hardware and software solutions of automated electrical test.Finally established the test bench based on VT(Vector)System as the main control hardware,mainly verifying the functional features of test object ECU,the structures and principles of test bench,including building the test bench.The hardware system consists of the module of test object ECU,the modules of test devices.Software system has the module of test script,module of test configuration,and the module of test results generation,using CAN communication and LIN communication as the main communication way.The software and hardware systems of automated test have been completed in this article,also finishing the function test of the ECU,through the LIN communication bus,the test bench connected with PC end,accurately realizing data acquisition,data transmission,and test results will be displayed in the PC end in real time.In practical application,the design and implementation of this system can be a large reduction in the manual test,at the same time ensuring the accuracy of data from automated test.
