Research On Material Procurement Cost Control Of EPC Project Under Construction Supply Chain

With the increasingly fierce competition in the construction market and the deepening of industry integration,the internal and external environment faced by the relevant enterprises has become more complex.A single enterprise can not adapt to the current fierce competition situation.The competition between enterprises has been transformed into the competition between supply chains.EPC general contracting mode has been more and more widely used in the construction industry because of its integrated management advantages of design,procurement and construction.It has also become an important means for general contractors to enhance their competitiveness and overcome the predicament of enterprise development.Purchasing is one of the core business of the EPC project,which directly affects the cost of the project and the economic benefit of the general contractor,the cost control of engineering materials procurement has become a key link in the successful operation of EPC projects.Therefore,the study of EPC project material procurement cost control under the construction supply chain has important theoretical and practical significance.On the basis of literature review at home and abroad,this paper summarizes the construction supply chain,JIT procurement model and EPC project material procurement cost control related basic theory.Then it introduces the general situation of Y project,analyzes the status of procurement cost control and finds out the existing problems,and put forward JIT purchasing mode according to the existing problems.Then,based on the economic order batch model,the material procurement cost model of the Contractor under the traditional procurement mode is given.Combined with JIT procurement mode,the material procurement cost model considering the time limit factor is established,and the material procurement cost model considering the time limit factor in the construction supply chain is constructed.Finally,taking the main material steel bar purchased by Y project as an example,the material purchasing cost model is applied,and the countermeasures and suggestions for material purchasing cost control of Y project are put forward.
