| With the continuous growth of the elderly population in our country, the degree of aging of the population is also gradually deepening. The problem of pensions brought about by this social phenomenon is a topic of common concern to the nation, society and the general public in recent years.Compared with institutional pensions, community home-based pension is the most basic and most important mode of old-age care.Promoting the healthy development of community-based home-based care is the most important aspect of the development of old-age care services in China during the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, which is to meet the needs of the elderly. It is of great significance to meet the needs of education and improve the ability and level of old-age care in society. This thesis takes the two concepts of home-based care and housing renovation as the starting point, and uses literature collection,cross-discipline research, case analysis and other methods for research and discussion.First,macro-level understanding of research-related research background, etc.;secondly, combining Maslow’s hierarchy of needs with the study of the specific characteristics of the elderly and their living needs, the old people’s housing needs and ideal living The environment;then, starting from the current problems in China’s home-based care, the necessity of appropriate ageing reforms is put forward.Thirdly, based on a large number of previous studies, the principle of renovation and the appropriate aging reconstruction plan for the main indoor space are proposed;Through the analysis of some representative cases at home and abroad,we have learned that China needs to learn and learn from the ageing transformation of residential space.According to big data and related surveys, more than 90% of the elderly choose the“home-based pension” model.Older people tend to spend their old age in their own homes. Can the past living environment meet the living needs of the elderly at this stage? A further study was carried out with questions and found that the supply structure of the old-age care service was unreasonable. For example, compared with urban old-age care services, there was an overall shortage of rural service resources;compared with self-care elderly people, careservices for disabled and partially disabled seniors were provided.lack of resources. The overall quality of care services needs to be improved. There is still a long way to go between the retirement services provided by a considerable number of old-age care institutions and organizations and the expectations of the elderly and their families. At the same time, highly qualified professionals in medical, rehabilitation, psychology, and social work are particularly scarce. It is hoped that the study of this topic will have a certain reference value for future research on related topics. |
