The Design Strategy Of Embedded Elderly Care Facilities In Existing Urban Communities

At present,with the rapid development of aging in China,the issue of old-age care has become increasingly prominent.Based on the influence of traditional culture,many elderly people are reluctant to leave the existing community.The existing institutional pensions are mostly located in the suburbs,and there is a lack of community pension function.The old-age care services show unbalanced and inadequate development.The National "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" proposes "building a social pension service system based on home-based support,community-based support,and agency-based support",the changes from“institutional support”to“institutional supplementation”highlight the increasingly important role of community home-based care.However,existing community old-age care facilities are far from meeting the needs of the community’s aged care services.Therefore,they explore how to revitalize existing community resources,the embedding of old-age care facilities through appropriate means is not only the integration and reuse of community resources,but also the formation of complementary resources with institutional pensions and family pensions,and the realization of the aged original home security.This thesis studies domestic and international studies,analyzes the shortcomings of the three traditional old-age care models in China at present,and discovers existing problems,leading to the establishment of embedded old-age care facilities.And further elucidate the embedded elderly care facilities from the aspects of conception analysis,theoretical support and feature advantages of embedded old-age care facilities.Then it researches the development of foreign pensions in foreign countries and related cases,and puts forward the reference significance for the development of community aged care services in China.Through on-the-spot investigation of relevant cases of embedded old-age care facilities in China,three cases with different scales,types,and construction methods were investigated from the aspects of its site selection and construction methods,service content,spatial composition and various spatial design essentials,the paper analyzes and compares and summarizes various aspects,points out problems in various aspects,and proposes reference and significance to the community-based embedded elderly care facilities.Based on the analysis of relevant cases of embedded elderly care facilities at home and abroad,proposes the embedded principle of embedded elderly care facilities in existing urban communities,discuss how to embed from the aspects of site selection,facility scale,and embedding methods,and better integrate the existing resources of the community to build an embedded elderly care facility system.Then it analyzes the spatial organization model from the service model of different types of embedded old-age care facilities for day care,full care and mixed care.The key design points and appropriate aging design methods for the main air energy space of the facility were further discussed,and an optimization method was proposed for the existing outdoor community facilities.Finally,taking “ The crape myrtle fashion community “as an example,through the questionnaire survey analysis of the status current situation of community care and pension appeals,put forward specific programs embedded in order to provide reference for the design of embedded urban aged care facilities in the existing community.
