Sand Mining Ship Management System

In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the significance of the "Great Yangtze River Protection" work,but in recent years,the country’s economic trains have been running at high speed,and the central and local governments have increased infrastructure construction.The construction industry is booming and the demand for river sands has soared.Due to the large demand for sand and gravel,the profit of sand mining is very high,so many lawless elements will reach out to the illegal sand mining industry.The massive emergence of illegal sand mining has led to the serious loss of state resources,which not only endangers river stability,the safety of dikes and bridges,but also destroys the ecological balance of the Yangtze River.In recent years,the embankment collapsed due to illegal sand mining and the bridge was hit.occur.Nowadays,both the government and the society have begun to pay attention to the serious harm of illegal sand mining.In order to increase the intensity of illegal sand mining,the Supreme Law at the end of 2016 made clear that the unlicensed sand mining is subject to the conviction of "illegal mining crime".With the "sanding of sand",illegal sand mining faces the cross-enforcement of administrative punishment and criminal punishment.Criminal punishment often requires the result of administrative punishment.For example,in the interpretation of criminal law in our country: if two or more administrative penalties have been imposed for illegal mining within two years,and once again illegal mining has been carried out,it should be recognized as the "serious situation" as stipulated in the first paragraph of Article 343 of the Criminal Law.".However,most administrative units in China do not have effective information management for law enforcement cases,which leads to difficulties in implementation despite the "sanding of sand".Under this circumstance,it is of great significance to build an information management platform to ensure information sharing under the premise of ensuring information security of various departments.This paper first analyzes the harm of illegal sand mining to the ecological environment of the Yangtze River,and points out the current problems in combating illegal sand mining in the Yangtze River.On this basis,the research content and practical significance of this topic are put forward.This paper describes the process of using the Asp.net three-layer WEB structure to develop a sand mining ship management system.It mainly includes the design ideas of the sand mining ship management system,development feasibility analysis,detailed design and system development process.
