The electromagnetic flowmeter is a typical flow detection instrument that was developed and widely used in the mid-20 th century due to the rapid advancement of electrical technology.It applies to the basic principle of electromagnetic induction and is mainly used to detect the flow of conductive or low conductivity fluid.However,the conventional electromagnetic flowmeter has problems such as interference factors affecting measurement accuracy.Based on the basic theory of electromagnetic flowmeter,this paper deeply analyzes the factors affecting the accuracy of electromagnetic flowmeter,and proposes anti-interference measures according to the purpose,and designs a high-precision and low-power electromagnetic flowmeter based on this.Firstly,the basic principle of current flowmeter is expounded,its basic structure is analyzed,the factors affecting the accuracy of electromagnetic flowmeter are studied,and the mechanism and countermeasures of various disturbance factors are analyzed.The accuracy of excitation technology is also analyzed.Influence,based on these factors affecting the accuracy of the electromagnetic flowmeter,the anti-interference measures are proposed.Secondly,from the whole system of the electromagnetic flowmeter measuring device with high anti-interference performance,the structural design of the electromagnetic flowmeter with high anti-interference performance is included,including its main control chip,excitation coil,clock module,detection electrode and A/D conversion.The design and analysis of the main parameters of the sensor;design of its system circuit,including the system overall circuit,excitation current source circuit,signal conditioning circuit,communication module and DSP peripheral interface circuit design,and based on this,on its resistance The interference hardware was designed.Thirdly,it briefly analyzes the software development environment and expounds the software modular design,including the system main program design,flowmeter module design,timing interrupt module design and communication module design,and on the basis of software anti.interference design..Finally,in order to verify the correctness and effect of the design,the experimental analysis of the designed electromagnetic flowmeter system was carried out.Under the premise of successful indoor circuit debugging,the experimental platform was built,and some circuit debugging results were analyzed and summarized.The performance of the flowmeter was tested by a simple experimental device.The whole system of the flowmeter was evaluated according to the experimental test data.The experimental results consistent with the theory basically verify the correctness of the design of the electromagnetic flowmeter system with high anti-interference performance,and realize the acquisition and processing of the flow signal.
