Turbine flow meter with high precision, low power consumption, light weight,strong anti-interference ability, reliable operation, price cheap, installation is convenient wait for a characteristic, in environmental engineering, industrial engineering, manufacturing, energy metering and storage and transportation,biological, pharmaceutical, aerospace, etc has been widely used.With the development of technology, people is higher and higher to the real-time requirement of the flow measurement, the traditional unit of time the turbine flowmeter for pulse counting has can’t satisfy people’s needs, based on this, firstly studies and discusses the detection methods of frequency, respectively introduces the counting method, cycle and multicycle synchronous measurement method, through the analysis of error and conditions of use, were identified in the system life cycle method to measure; In the original measurement on the basis of a cycle, increase the half cycle and a quarter cycle measurement scheme and design the corresponding hardware and software module; In the same unit time, half cycle and a quarter cycle measurement of instantaneous flow rate, respectively, the instantaneous flow is a cycle of two times and four times, to further improve the measurement speed.Secondly, in order to enhance the anti-jamming of system, in this system, the selection of the ATMEL company MEGA series of high-end microcontroller ATmega16 as the design of the micro controller.In the aspect of hardware system, the paper introduces the overall design scheme of the system. Design based on the LM324 low-pass filter circuit and signal preprocessing based on AD620 amplifier circuit. In order to design the zero crossing detection circuit measure half a period; Designed for measuring a quarter cycle shaping circuit; In order to enhance communication anti-jamming, study and improve the original communication module circuit; In order to meet the needs of different data according to requirements, design the display module, use LCD liquid crystal display(LCD). According to the actual need of the original power supply circuit is studied and improved, increased the standby power supply, to further improve the functionality and reliability of power supply module. In the design of hardware and software in a variety of anti-jamming technology, makes the improvement of the reliability of the system has a certain degree; Finally, through experiment and test, this paper gives some experimental data and the field test data, and the system design and research direction of the next.
