This thesis is based on the actual engineering project of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC). It analyzes the interference of servo motor limit characteristics testing system, aiming to propose reasonable and effective anti-interference scheme to improve the stability of servo system.Stability and reliability are important technical indexes to evaluate systems’ performance. Most of the servo control systems employ induction motor or permanent magnet synchronous motor as executive component. However, because of the motor driver, the system introduces serious signal interference. Firstly, literature review of anti-interference of servo motor limit characteristics testing system is carried out, and then testing system of anti-interference is built. Thereafter, the formation mechanism and coupling way of interference is analyzed. On the basis of actual situation of the research system, the hardware anti-interference scheme is committed, including grounding, shielding and using insulating coupling, and designing analog filter.EMD is an adaptive nonlinear time-varying signal decomposition method. In this paper, online filter based on improved EMD algorithm is designed, and has obtained significant filtering effect. In view of interference of the systems’analog control signal, this thesis proposes the control strategy based on Widrow-Hoff learning algorithm, in order to meet the higher real-time requirements. Thereafter, LMS and LS filtering algorithms are proposed. Simulation results show that LS algorithm has better adaptive filtering characteristics.Finally, testing system is designed based on.NET platform and DAQNavi data acquisition technology. The testing system is capable of high speed data acquisition of torque sensor signal, and realization of the filtering algorithm and adaptive control strategy. Experiments show that combined with the hardware and software anti-jamming technology, the anti-interference ability of servo system is improved.
