Gas ultrasonic flowmeter is a kind of non-contact instruments. Compared with the traditional flowmeter, a simple mechanical structure, the measurement process is not affected by temperature, pressure, the influence of some external parameters, such as density, etc. Widely used in oil and gas, industrial production, water control and medical testing, and many other fields.In this paper, the actual enterprise combining R & D, and learning from the experience in the industry, analyze some key technology research and development of ultrasonic flowmeter from the point of view of theory and practice. Combined with practical work I am responsible for the underlying hardware and program development in research and development projects, the development process and the solutions to the difficult problems of ideas to be described.The most critical is the ultrasonic transceiver for gas ultrasonic flowmeter, design a set of good ultrasonic transceiver hardware circuit, is the basis for the successful development of gas ultrasonic flowmeter. According to ultrasonic signal excitation and reception, this article gives the detailed analysis, especially the anti-interference processing part, from the principle of the design to the PCB layout, from the excitation end and two aspects elaborated the receiving end. Circuit design of excitation end involved, PCB layout processing, signal contains the receiving end of conditioning, the strength of electrical isolation, and the underlying program, characteristics of wave and first echo signal detection constitute the main contents of this paper.This topic summary exposition of gas ultrasonic flowmeter design typical difficulties extremely solution. Accuracy of gas ultrasonic flowmeter subject development, high accuracy, good stability, strong anti-interference performance, reached the leading domestic level, and cost control is relatively low, has a price advantage, has great market potential and broad prospect of application.
