"Internet +" Sports Health Service Product Design Research

"Internet +" sports health service products are built on the basis of traditional sports health products and services,introduces mobile Internet technology and combines smart hardware products,software,the Internet for the user's sports and health activities,to present a better sports experience.The introduction of "Internet +" not only contributes to the innovation and upgrading of sports products,but also expands the development space for the innovation of sports services and business model.Using the service design thinking will further improve the sports service and health service system,and realize the transformation of sports health industry from providing products to providing services.Intelligent physical fitness detection machine is a kind of "Internet +" sports health service products,and it can provide users with sports health data detection services.It is the first intelligent hardware device that users come into contact with after entering the gym,and it is also the key contact point in the sports and fitness service system.Its advantage is that the types of detection data are relatively complete and the measurement accuracy is high,however,there are still disadvantages such as poor overall appearance of hardware,insufficient data utilization,low degree of intelligence,lack of follow-up services,poor user stickiness and so on.Therefore,this paper discusses the innovative design and development direction of "Internet+" intelligent physical fitness detection machine,optimize product appearance design and structure new service system,and introduce new business models,propose the integrated solution of intelligent hardware,software and service system under the condition of "Internet +",the details are as follows:(1)Looking for the innovation direction of the intelligent physical fitness detection machine,regarded Service design as an important method for service innovation of intelligent physical detection integrated machine,through literature research,product case analysis and analogy research.Conduct user research through questionnaires and interviews to understand users' sports needs and provide guidance for product innovation and service innovation.(2)Summarize the direction of product improvement through product research and user research,improve the product appearance and operation process from the perspective of integrity,usability,safety and aesthetics to optimize the product use experience.(3)Guided by service design thinking and using double-drill model tools,optimize the sports service system through four stages of exploration,definition,development and delivery.In addition to the fitness test function of the intelligent physical fitness detection machine,the service system of "intelligent hardware products + APP" is constructed to provide users with serial services such as physical fitness data testing and feedback,online consultation,making exercise plans and online shopping mall,increase attractiveness to users.
