| The core of product design and interaction design is the quality of product design information under user experience theory.The quality of product design information is an effective way to evaluate product quality.The concept of information quality has been gradually applied in engineering disciplines such as mechanical design and software engineering after the introduction of information management,and related methods and models have been established.To evaluate product design information during the entire product cycle theory need to have its own methodology from user center-design perspective.The essay is based on some user experience-related theories,combined with the information quality evaluation frame,and gives the method that is based on the user experience product information quality research.The research purpose includes 1.Based on the product design theory and user experience,the product design information should include what kind of content,how to classify this content and in which dimensions we can reflect them;2.How to extract those product design information based on the user experience on the right consequence,and how to transcribe them to the tool and method that can be used by users;3.How to evaluate those product design information.Based on the basic paradigm of design research,this thesis has formed study on product design information quality based on the user experience through four research stages of "proposing research questions,constructing theoretical frameworks through literature research,forming methods and tools in design research,and applying verification solutions".Firstly,the thesis clarifies the concept of product design information and describes how information quality is introduced into product design information.Based on the theory of user experience,a theoretical research framework of product design information quality based on user experience is proposed.Secondly,focusing on the three dimensions of product design information,using case analysis,participatory design,information extraction experiments and other methods,respectively,from "user social attributes and lifestyle","user behavior and emotion","product brand design" From the three perspectives of style and product brand loyalty",it realizes the extraction of product design information and forms the basic framework of user-related product design information,experience-related product design information,and brand-related product design information.Next,through the information quality theory,from the three aspects of identification,collection and expression,it proposes a selection method framework based on leading users,a collection method framework based on leading users index,an expression method framework based on scientific transcription,and an information quality evaluation index-based framework,and eventually establish a research method of product design information quality based on user experience.Finally,the research methods proposed in this paper are applied and verified by several cases,including mobile phone products design projects,user research,human-computer interface design(HMI),and landmark design research.The main achievements of the paper include: on the research object,based on the basic theory of user experience,the concept of product design information quality is put forward,especially the paper directly aims at the characteristics of the information itself,establishes its basic quality system,and evaluates product design information.A new perspective is put forward,which is helpful for the perfection and development of information and interaction design theory.From the perspective of research results,the paper proposes a research method for product design information quality based on user experience,and improves the relevant research strategies,processes and tools,which can provide method and tool support for subsequent related design and research.In the application field,the thesis applies the theoretical results of the research in multiple information design fields,including mobile phones,automobiles,multi-model user interfaces,etc.,to solve the design problems in related fields and realize the application of the theory in practice. |
