With the popularity of mobile Internet and smart terminals,mobile social networking has become a new communication tool,which also caused the explosion of mobile data phenomenon of the times.Mobile social networking has also become a way for people to make new friends,and traditional industries have begun to emerge in the field of social products,hoping to achieve brand space and new sales.Some of the traditional industries that dare to innovate and take the lead in developing their own social products and operating their own customers to expand the sales field have brought about certain problems.User experience provides users with intimate and comfortable operating experience,and in the process of using App to meet the needs,so as to ensure that social products in the differential competition in an invincible position.This paper gives a relatively comprehensive overview of the social product user experience design of Lthink,analyzes the problems existing in the product experience design of Lthink,and puts forward some suggestions for the optimization of the product experience design of Lthink on the basis of theoretical research and practical analysis.It ensures the usability and ease of use of interaction,and meets the needs of users in specific situations.And the user experience design model of mobile social software and the design concept of "WW" mobile social App are put forward,which can provide reference for the user experience design of social product of Lthink.There is not much research on social products of traditional enterprises involved in the Internet industry,and there is no special research achievement in this field in China.However,"Internet +" has become one of the outlets of traditional enterprises under the fierce market economy development.Only by combining theory with practice can we explore new road of development.There are still many deficiencies in the research of social products of Lthink,and the author will further explore and improve it.
