Study On The Aging Reconstruction Of Beijing Old Community Health Station Based On The Idea Of Medical Combination

The present fertility policy of our country has led to the emergence of the "Reverse-pyramid " family structure and it gradually occupied the mainstream position,which resulting in a small number of working people are required to support the elderly and raise the child ' s dual pressure at the same time.Two great mountains put great pressure on families in today's society.At the same time,the number of facilities for the elders in the existing communities is seriously inadequate,There is the problem of incomplete coverage,inadequate space,and poor management in the existing pension facilities and the proliferation of small,non-professional childcare institutions operating by private business.The number of child-rearing facilities in the old communities built in the early years was insufficient and the types were single.Based on the pressure of providing for the aged and the child-rearing,the problems existing in facilities for the elders and childcare facilities,the needs of living out their life in retirement in the community for the aged,and the educational disadvantage of the only child,the author puts forward the idea of "raising the old and the young together".According to the conclusion of investigation and analysis,we can reasonably set up the complex facilities for the aged and young in the community,and explore the space design method of the compound facilities both for the aged and the young,so as to solve the existing problems of supporting the old-age and child-rearing at the same time.Based on the detailed investigation,the author puts forward the proposals of " located then in the periphery of the community " and " making use of the idle space " from the planning level of site selection of the complex facilities in the community.Then the author search for 16 kinds of compound models from the architectural design level by dividing the pension facilities and child-rearing facilities into four categories according to their length of use.And recombine any two among four categories,here come the 16 kinds of compound models.It divided 16 kinds of compound patterns into three major types of compound facilities which named." composite form dominated by the elderly "," composite form dominated by young children " and " composite form by the elderly and the infant with proportion equilibrium ".This paper probes into the method of compound design of line space of the entertainment space,the catering space,the service space and the outdoor space of the three kinds of compound facilities separately,and gives the suggestion of compound design.Finally,an idle building in Fengquan Community of Changsha City is selected for the design of children's library and elderly activity center,and the research results are applied to this design.The theory and practice of community facilities”the recombination of the old and the young ” is still in their infancy in China,It is in steady progress both in theory and practice aspects.It is hoped that this study can enlighten the study of the direction of the recombination of the old and the young as well as the practical project of the compound of the old and the young,and play a certain of guiding role and give some suggestions on the road of the compound of the old and the young in the future.
