With the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020,the medical and health sector has also ushered in a new opportunity for development. With the maturity of technologies such as the Internet of Things, big data and artificial intelligence, the scale of China’s Internet medical market is growing rapidly.Based on the review of domestic and foreign Internet medical research, this paper conducts an in-depth study on the current situation of domestic Internet medical care, clarifies the development bottleneck, and identifies community Internet medical as the research opportunity. The design concept of community-oriented Internet diagnosis and treatment station was proposed to connect online medical treatment and offline medicine collection.Combined with the service design concept, the new community diagnosis and treatment mode of "health popularization-online consultation-drug purchase-rehabilitation exchange" was explored. The research adopts the design method of the two-drill model, which is divided into four steps:discovery, definition, development and communication. The first step is market research which aims to find opportunities for the development of Internet medical care and propose a new model of Internet medical care for the community. The second is user research.Researchers carries out investigation on target users and doctors and sorts out the needs of all parties to construct the cognitive schema of users and doctors and establish typical role models. The third step is design strategies.Service design tools, using stakeholder map, user journey map and other service design methods are combined together to analyze pain points, draw service blueprints, and put forward design strategies for medical stations. The forth is design practice, including the design practice of community Internet medical station, the visual design of hardware appearance and interface and of software, the construction of the service system of medical station, and the design evaluations to verify the feasibility and value of the design strategy. |
