| As Chinese aging trend is increasingly serious, the medical care and nursing problem of the elderly becomes increasingly prominent. More doctors raised the issue of is becoming apparent. Medical institutions and various nursing institutions are mutually independent. The former focuses on the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, while the latter lacks of professional guidance and has uneven levels of development, which often cause that the elderly can get timely and effective treatment in the transition of short-term treatment of disease and long-term care of recuperation and rehabilitation. The key is how to solve the medical care and nursing problems of the elderly.This paper analyzes the current situation of medical care and nursing for the aging population in our society, and thus demonstrates the inevitability for our country to build medical care and nursing homes based on transformation of community health service center for the elderly. It studies the current research results and favorable conditions for combining medical care and nursing for the elderly in our country, and through analyzing the advanced experience of foreign countries, it proposes specific measures for the elderly medical care and nursing homes in China. The measure is to transform the medicare advantage provided by community health service center with the most extensive coverage for elderly, and based on the basic medical needs of people in community, to add new medical care and nursing elements according to the characteristics of the elderly and develop a service model of medical care and nursing. Therefore, this paper takes the community health service centers as the study subject. First, it studies and analyzes the current development of community health service centers in our country, and proposes a transformation of the elderly medical care and nursing home based on the community health service centers for the elderly. Then mainly through the on-site investigation in community health service centers in Xuzhou, it finds out why they are not suitable for the medical care and nursing characteristics of the elderly in terms of architectural design. On the basis of this, it conducts specific transformation design for the elderly according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly reconstruction design of aging. The community health service center will be divided according to their architectural scales and medical conditions, and different forms of transformation design will be conducted according to its different conditions.The creativity of this paper is to combine the medical resources of community and the elderly nursing in community, which allows the elderly to meet their needs of medical care and nursing without leaving the familiar living environment, saves medical resources and at the same time eases the burden of the family to nurse the elderly. Meanwhile, this paper conducts targeted transformation on planning, architecture, medical environment and detailed design according to the current conditions of community health service center, which provides a clear reference standard for the future design. |
