Research On Design Of Serialized Product From Based On Design Geometry

Consumer demand has begun to diversify and personalize,and competition among enterprises has become increasingly fierce.It is very difficult to make people buy the product simply by reducing the price or extending the life span.The appearance design of the product is another important factor to attract consumers.The serialization design can shorten the product manufacturing cycle,reduce costs,increase product diversity,and has a strong market adaptability.Therefore,it can enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and bring more profit margins to enterprises.However,at present,some enterprises in China still have problems like unstable design elements and lack of common visual elements among the same series of products.In the face of this situation,developing and perfecting the research method of series product form design based on design geometry can provide more data,rational and scientific guidance for designer's design activities.At the same time,it can provide the basis for the enterprise to organize the development of its own products.The first and second chapter of the paper analyze the background of the subject,the present situation at home and abroad,the purpose and significance of the research,summarize the main contents of the product series,the basic theory of the product form,the influence of the three layers of the brain movement on the product form,the relationship between the product form and consumption,and the definition and the interior of the series of product forms.It also points out the lack of experience in the design of serialized products in China.The third chapter introduces the design geometry from four aspects: the concept,content,research method and application area of design geometry.In the fourth chapter,To study the relationship between design geometry and serialization product form design,we combine the design geometry with the serial product form,from "the reason and the meaning of the design geometry in the serial product form design" to "the design method of the serial product form based on the design geometry","the objective factors affecting the design geometry in the series product form" and so on..Finally,the article applies the geometric elements to the analysis of the form design of a series of products throughthe research and practice of a series of product form design methods based on the design geometry.The purpose of this study is to help enterprises clarify their serialization product form through rational and scientific research methods.On the one hand,it is easy for the enterprise to reasonably control and adjust the proportion and size of the product shape to form a well designed product appearance.On the other hand,it is useful to summarize the visual elements of the previous products,and to provide the basis for the integration of the enterprise's product system.
