| With the deepening of the internationalization degree,more and more enterprises put their design focus on the identification of product image and brand unity and continuity.Under the background of growing product and technology homogenization,industrial design also continues to break the barriers of professional development,and introduces research achievements in different fields from multiple angles to achieve the cross-border integration of this industry,in order to meet the continuously developing design requirements.Therefore,genetic engineering developed based on biological gene research ideas in recent years has been introduced into the field of industrial design as well,which gives birth to the concept of product design DNA.DNA research and design based on product form design integrates the DNA concept with various factors of brand,such as corporate culture,market positioning,product form design,user demand and material technology development trend,in order to create a more distinctive brand modeling language and style image.For the famous brands in today’s world,their form and style characteristic constantly give products more distinctive brand images through the inheritance and innovation of gene form,which not only enhance consumer brand recognition,but also help to develop and improve the brand loyalty of the consumers continuously.In this paper,based on the "smart home" project of some brand,through the full use of Internet of Things technology,it integrates single independent home appliances in family life as the starting point of the overall design,and then combines factors like the concept of brand management,market positioning,and the target consumer groups to make comparison analysis and summary.In addition,this paper regards the DNA design method as the guiding principle of “smart home” product form design,so as to form the overall and serialized design scheme.This paper mainly focuses on the research of the morphological characteristics of enterprise brand DNA,and establishes the database,which has guiding significance for enterprise long-term continuous product form design.The study of the form design DNA of “smart home” project products can help enterprises to establish a strong brand recognition system,so that through the understanding and acceptance of the serialized style design language of products,brand loyalty and satisfaction of consumers can be established,thereby promoting the sustainable development of enterprises. |
