In order to maintain the economic growth rate after the 2008 financial crisis,the Chinese government has adopted a series of active monetary and fiscal policies,but some deep-seated problems in the process of economic development have still not been effectively resolved.After the current government took office,it is for economic growth.The speed requirement began to decrease,and the government began to free up the problems in the economy.The reforms were often accompanied by severe pains.The environmental costs,labor costs,raw material prices,financing costs and other business costs brought about by a series of reform measures.Rising,as well as weak consumer demand growth,price wars and other factors began to squeeze the company's operating profit and sales revenue,the survival and development of industrial manufacturing enterprises face a great test.In the current tough economic situation,the management upgrade of industrial enterprises is a feasible way to improve the efficiency of business operations.Performance management is an important part of business management.At present,most industrial production enterprises in China do not pay attention to performance management,especially for the management of performance evaluation system.Many enterprises use performance evaluation indicators are relatively simple,most of which emphasize financial indicators.This is not conducive to the improvement of business efficiency.The Balanced Scorecard decomposes the corporate strategy from four levels and builds a performance evaluation system.The relationship between macro and micro goals,employee level factors and customer level factors,results and motivations,financial indicators and non-financial indicators is performed.Coordinated and unified deployment,which promotes the balance of enterprise performance management in these four aspects,effectively exerts the role of performance management as a management tool,and promotes the improvement of business operation efficiency.This paper analyzes the status quo of Y company's performance management and finds many problems in Y company's performance management.In particular,there are many shortcomings in Y company's performance evaluation system.In view of the shortcomings of Y company's performance evaluation system,the author uses TheBalanced Scorecard Theory rebuilt the performance evaluation system of Y Company.Through the case study of the application of the Balanced Scorecard in the performance management of Y Company,it is concluded that the design of performance indicators needs to balance the subjective experience with the objective situation;the design of performance indicators should closely focus on the company's strategic objectives;performance the target design of the assessment should be reasonable.
