| Under the current newnormal economy,the national industrial structure has been adjusted further,and the problem of port competition has became increasingly prominent.The competition of port enterprises has changed from the advantage of port loading and unloading services to the competition of the entire supply chain of the port.Due to the dynamic,complex and unpredictable nature of the port supply chain environment,port companies have to immediately abandon bureaucratic rigid ideas and slow-moving organizational structures,and to build new customer-centric operations.This paper aims to improve the rapid response capability,development quality and market competitiveness of port enterprises by taking RZ Port Oil Company as the research object,and reorganizing the organizational structure of RZ Port Oil Company under the flexible supply chain environment.This paper first introduced the relevant research background,research significance,relevant research content and methods,successful cases of organizational structure reform in the supply chain environment.Futher,the paper comprehensively discussed the relevant theories of flexible port supply chain,organizational structure evolution,and organizational structure reengineering.This part provides reference and theoretical basis for later problem analysis and organizational structure reengineering.Secondly,this paper analyzed and sorted out the development status,organizational structure evolution process and organizational structure of RZ Port Oil Company under the flexible supply chain environment,and of which the main problems are discussed.Thirdly,in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the complex market environment,this paper clarified the goals and principles of organizational structure reengineering,and designed a flat and borderless organizational structure based on the internet information platform.By doing so,the aim of customer-centricity has been truly realized and the enterprises can adapt to the current flexible supply chain environment.The program that this paper raised not only makes a great difference to enhancing the competitive advantage,but also works as an example for the other enterprises which are under the environment of flexible supply chain. |
