Research On Planning And Design Of Large Residential Area Based On Behavior Characteristics Of The Elderly

China is entering an aging society,and urban development will face even more serious problems.The residential area is the most basic unit of life and the most basic unit of urban composition.The built environment directly affects the behavioral characteristics of the elderly.However,due to a series of reasons,such as economic and social development,the current residential environment of the old age cannot meet the daily behavioral needs of the elderly.Due to the differences in the purchase of new residential areas,the design process is lacking in the elderly population.Concerns,there are potential constraints in the built environment that interfere with the daily behavior of the elderly.Therefore,through different technical means and survey methods,the behavioral characteristics of the elderly are observed and summarized,and the behavioral characteristics of the elderly are found to propose corresponding planning strategies for the planning and design of the residential area to improve the health of the elderly.Conducive to the healthy development of the city in the context of aging.Among them,the interaction mechanism between the behavioral activities of the elderly and the built environment of the residential area is the research focus and difficulty of this topic.This project systematically sorts out the research on the behavior characteristics of residents at home and abroad,and summarizes the existing researches on the activity circle of residential areas.Based on the latest living area concept,combined with the actual research situation,the author accurately assesses the behavior characteristics and residential areas of the elderly.The corresponding planning strategy is proposed under the premise of the relationship between the built environments.The research case is selected as a large old residential area in the complex urban environment of Beijing.The behavior characteristics and differences of the elderly in the built environment of the residential area are analyzed.The characteristics of the travel and activities of the elderly and the subjective evaluation of the elderly are taken as the entry point.The leisure behavior characteristics of the elderly under different living circles are studied.According to the activity scope of the elderly,the activity circle of different levels is divided,and the road traffic system for the elderly and the corresponding public service facilities and activity facilities are constructed.From the perspective of urban health,from the residential area level,provide planning measures for the planning and design of large residential areas in the context of aging society.
