Research On The Development And Design Of Bamboo Processing Tools Based On The Behavioral Characteristics Of The Elderly

Under the background of the silver wave gradually sweeping China,pension problem gradually occurs,and the government's financial pressure increases day by day.With the improvement of China's health security capability system and the continuous improvement of people's quality of life,a large number of retired elderly people still have good working ability.However,they are difficult to find suitable jobs in society.What modern society pursues is the large-scale and high-intensity production mode,which cannot match the physical and mental needs of the elderly.At the same time,with the development of industrialization and the improvement of science and technology,many traditional industries are facing the dilemma that no one can succeed them.In fact,by comparing the living pressure and psychological conditions of the elderly and young people,it can be found that the retired are the ideal inheritors of the traditional handicraft industry,but the elderly cannot operate the existing traditional tools to complete the production of handmade works.Therefore,the solution proposed in this paper is to develop and design the traditional bamboo tools from the perspective of the behavioral characteristics of the retired elderly,so as to achieve the research goal of helping the retired elderly effectively get involved in the individual production activities of the traditional bamboo industry.The research content of this article is mainly composed of three parts.Firstly,by analyzing the eyesight,activity and thinking ability of the young urban retirees,it is proved that their behavior characteristics match the volume of traditional bamboo processing,but they cannot use the existing traditional processing tools to directly participate in the bamboo production process.Then through the analysis of the traditional bamboo craft flow,the processing tool and the behavior characteristics of these elderly,it clarifies which flow can the elderly participate in and proposes which functions should the new tool have.Finally,the evaluation elements of the bamboo tool suitable for the elderly are proposed,and the design evaluation criteria of the new tool are obtained by the semantic difference method.The research result of this paper is the design and development of a bamboo processing tool suitable for the young urban elderly,which can be used in the finishing process of the traditional bamboo production process.Thus,the feasibility of the retired people engaging in the production of traditional bamboo wares is verified.The research purpose of this paper is to provide new ideas for the development and design of bamboo processing tools,and to improve the quality of bamboo products through the research of processing tools.At the same time,this tool can help enable the retired people to re-engage in social production activities.The significance of the research is to reduce the risk of the loss of traditional handicraft while developing the value of the elderly,provide certain ideas for the inheritance and development of other traditional industries,have important economic value and cultural value as well.
