This paper designs and develops a system based on CBCT for the reconstruction of dental caries and customized dental implants.The customized dental implant model is designed according to the actual gum structure of the patient.The parameters and placement effects of the dental implant model are observed in the reconstructed dental bed structure,and real-time online modification is supported.Fine tune.A dental implant digitalization software was developed to integrate the dental implant model into the environment of CBCT gum reconstruction.According to the clinical customization requirements and the requirements of the surgical specifications,the corresponding interaction mode is realized,which is convenient for the doctor to observe and operate.The system introduced in this paper is developed based on C++,Qt,VTK,CTK,completes the reading of DICOM format data and realizes the 3D reconstruction and display of the gum structure.At the same time,in order to meet the doctor's request,the system hopes to customize the implant in the STL format suitable for the patient.It has human-computer interaction on the user interface,easy operation and stable operation.The doctor can easily translate and zoom the 3D model and the 2D section of the gum structure,and adjust the rendering color and brightness and transparency.The software can also change the implant's data in real time and refresh the display.At the same time,the outline of the facet projection is clearly rendered,and the movement of the implant model can be synchronously displayed in the two-dimensional and three-dimensional display frames in an interactive manner,so that the doctor can view the model.Size and fit.After the implant size is determined,the corresponding size and STL-compliant implant data file can be exported for 3D printing.The implant personalization customization software system mainly includes the following functional modules:1.Three-dimensional reconstruction and display of the gum tissue structure based on DICOM format data;2.Customization and three-dimensional display and two-dimensional slice projection display of the dental implant data conforming to the STL format;3.Manually adjust the height of the abutment,the height and angle of the neck,the length and diameter of the body,and refresh and display the three-dimensional structure of the adjusted implant;4.Export the dental implant data in accordance with the STL format.The system completes the customized manufacturing and interface packaging of the implant in the software according to the doctor's needs,which not only meets the needs of clinical customization and surgical specifications,but also significantly improves the cycle and cost of diagnosis and planting planning.
