Multi-rooted implant had more ability of resistance shear stress compared with single root implant. The ultrasonic bone drilling device can make non-rotary shaped irregular holes,and it lays the foundation for multi-rooted implant socket preparation.The purpose of this study is to design a kind of insert which make multi-rooted implant socket. The main work and research results are as follows:1.A multi-rooted insert was designed by considering the structural characteristics of the multi-rooted implant. Use traditional analytical method, finite element analysis to analyze the distrubition and regular of the bending insert’s displacements,and as the output terminal, the end of the instert has the largest displacement in the resonant state. Its main vibration direction is still the longitudinal direction-Z direction.2.Manufacture the bending and multi-rooted insert, according to the result of the finite element analysis, and then set up platform to observe and measure the insert by microscope,then get the displacement responses of the insert through experiments to guarantee the result of the finite element analysis.3.Set up dilling platform to record the time and temperature by the temperature recorder.And verify the efficiency of the designed ultrasonic bone drilling device is in line with the actual requirements.Compare the effects of different irrigation methods(internal irrigated system, external irrigated system).4.Use finite element analysis to analyze the temperature distrubition of the bone interface.
