Study On The Principle Of Tempreture Measurement In Dental Implants Process

With local anaesthesia, specially high speed and low speed drilling machine are used to embed the implant that is made from artificial materials (also called artificial fang) in dental implants surgery. This surgery has strict limitation with the bone cell's temperature when drill bit drills in the bone. If the temperature surpass 42°C ,the bone cell can not grow together with the implant and the surgery is failed. At present, it depends on the experience of doctor to control this utmost temperature .There are no related study on the measuring the tempreture in the dental implants surgery process at home and abroad.In this paper, through the establishment of temperature measurement system for dental implant surgery, carry out the principles of experimental research for the temperature measurement in the dental implant surgery. The temperature measurement in the dental implant surgery involves temperature measurement in the drilling and in medicine that is an engineering and medical research of the cross. In addition, dental implant surgery smaller in diameter twist drill, oral space small, the differences in patients with bone tissue, etc., these complex environmental conditions of temperature measurement to us has led to great difficulties. This paper belongs to exploratory study. Through referring to a lot of information, and comparing the temperature measurements in the drilling and medicine, according to the specificity of temperature measurement in dental implant surgery, this temperature measurement system using artificial manner, selected micro-sheathed thermocouple as a temperature sensor, which is putting in the inside cooled holes of drill, through the hollow shaft slip ring out to signal transmission, the use of digital temperature display to show the tempreture. It creatively proposes that in the future dental implants machine that may use double inside cool holes drill. One of them can be put in a micro-sheathed thermocouple, the other one can lend the cooling fluid. his temperature measurement system in simulated dental implant drilling operation experiments, can quickly and accurately measure the temperature of the drill bit. This study finds a feasible way for rapid temperature measurement in dental implant surgery.
