| The most existing dental implant systems are rotations with threads on the surface,compared with the pore alveolar bone structure,its mechanical property is much higher than that of alveolar bone.What’s more,if the mechanical properties of implants doesn’t match the surrounding bone tissue,it will cause stress shelter on implant-bone interface even more bone resorption,then it has a bad influence on the long-term effect of bone combination.In addition,the existing surface treatment methods on implants can only increase the roughness and subtle structure,other than accelerate bone combination between implants and bone tissue.Therefore this study put forward a piece of porous implant with drug delivery function to improve this problem.This study is optimal design mainly building porous structure among the threads on the surface based on “Tixos”,meanwhile produce the porous implants using Selective Laser Melting processing technology.Then evaluate osseointegration of porous implant-bone interface through animal experiment.Then main work and research results are so followed:1.The study built porous structure among the threads on the surface based on “Tixos”,finally chose diamond-shaped section and pore of 500 microns diameter as well as depth comprehensively considered the parameters of section shape,pore diameter,depth,porosity and connectivity rate.2.Three dimensional finite element method was used to analyze the influence of diameter,length and porosity on implant strength,through established biomechanical model including porous implants,abutment and alveolar bone.3.It came up with Selective Laser Melting(SLM)process to manufacture the porous implants and used Scanning Electron Microscopy(SEM)to evaluate the deforming effect of porous structure.Experiments showed that the preparation of implant meet the design requirements.4.Evaluating the influence of dental implants which had the presence of drug coating ornot as well as the presence of porous structure or not on osseointegration.Micro-CT experiments showed that,the porous dental implants had better osteoacusis ability,even more,dental implants with drug delivery function could accelerate osseointegration. |
