Research On Planning Of Characteristic Towns Under The Background Of Industrial Upgrading

The characteristic town is an innovative space carrier to promote the development of urbanization.The characteristic town plays a very important role in relieving the population and environmental pressure of the city and promoting the infrastructure and natural environment protection of small towns.In recent years,China has vigorously promoted the planning and construction and sustainable development of characteristic towns.The construction of characteristic towns has achieved remarkable results and has some problems.The construction of some characteristic towns is too quick and quick to make progress.They have emerged from the lack of spiritual culture and characteristics of the town,planning for hard work,and serious separation from local characteristics.This made the development and construction of the characteristic towns once questioned.Therefore,strengthening the scientific and rational characteristic town planning is of great significance to guiding the construction and development of characteristic towns.At present,under the background of industrial upgrading and transformation,China has put forward new and higher requirements for the planning and construction of characteristic towns.Social needs also provide an important development opportunity for the development of characteristic towns.This paper studies the driving factors and spatial organization patterns of characteristic town planning under the background of industrial upgrading.It makes a detailed analysis of the characteristic town planning and its specific implementation path.This article focuses on the following three aspects.1.Research on the driving factors of characteristic town planning.In the different stages of the development of characteristic towns,the study analyzes the degree of participation of governments,enterprises,and residents,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of the planning of characteristic towns.This paper explores the impact of industrial upgrading on the spatial organization model in the planning of characteristic towns,and actively guides the planning and construction of characteristic towns through policy innovation.2.By analyzing and summarizing the main characteristics and types of spatial organization of characteristic towns,this paper provides a model reference for the planning and construction of characteristic towns in terms of spatial organization.3.Based on the empirical research of the town of Shanying in Anyang,this paper systematically analyzes the problems and needs faced by the town of Shanying in Anyang.It studies the dynamic mechanism of the development and construction of the town of Shanying in Anyang,and proposes the planning strategy and implementation method of the town of Shanying in Anyang.It constructs a spatial development model that adapts to the special resources of the town of Shanying in Anyang.The goal of this paper is to realize the characteristic towns of industrial upgrading and spatial planning.It deeply studied the natural resource conditions,industrial development,spatial characteristics of the characteristic towns,and its internal driving force.It proposes a spatial development strategy for the characteristic towns in the context of industrial upgrading and transformation.This study has developed a scientific and effective planning strategy and implementation methods,which provides a certain reference value for the planning and construction of China's characteristic towns.
