Research On Planning Practice Of Wenchang Puqian Coastal Characteristic Towns Based On Industrial Planning Guidance

At present,China’s urbanization development has entered the second half of the stage,and the central and local governments have begun to issue new policies to explore new paths for the development of new urbanization.The characteristic town is an innovation and exploration of the new urbanization development model under the guidance of the innovative,coordinated,green,open and Shared development concept proposed by the outline of the 13 th five-year plan for national economic and social development.Hainan province has issued a three-year action plan for the construction of Hainan characteristic industrial towns,Hainan province hundred characteristic industry small town construction work plan and other policy plans to response to the call of national policy,accelerate the urbanization process of Hainan province and implement the work plan for establishing a model province for regional tourism and accelerating the construction of characteristic towns in Hainan.Hainan plans to build 100 featured towns to promote the province’s economic development,optimize and upgrade its industrial structure,and balance urban and rural development.As the only tropical island province in China,Hainan has its particularity and demonstration in terms of the development of tourism,climatic conditions and resource endowment.Under the background of vigorously promoting the construction of characteristic towns in Hainan province,It is of positive significance to carry out a practical study on the planning of characteristic towns in Hainan coastal area and summarize Industrial guidance,spatial planning,implementation of operations and other strategies.This paper starts from the background of the development of characteristic towns in China and draws the urgent demand of explor ing the scientific planning method of characteristic towns in coastal areas.Then through detailed literature review at home and abroad theoretical research and the analysis of a number of typical successful cases,this paper creatively summarizes and puts forward that the planning of coastal characteristic towns should focus on two aspects: industrial planning and spatial planning,and discusses the specific methods and contents preliminary.Then,taking Puqian town,Wenchang city as an example,this paper applies the above industrial and spatial planning strategy to practical work,demonstrating its feasibility and scientificity.In the case study,the industrial development direction and strategy of the future industry in Puqian town are planned in detail.In the study of spatial planning,it pays attention to the combination of industrial characteristics and spatial characteristics,divides the spatial functions systematically,guides the spatial styles in detail,and focuses on building the cultural space and cultural brand of ancient town blocks.Finally,combining the achievements and requirements of industrial planning and spatial planning,this paper explores and formulates scientific implementation and operation strategies of coastal characteristic towns.
