The Aging-adapted Renovation And Utilization Of Residential Space In Mountain Settlements

Shanxi is located at an altitude of more than 1500 meters in most areas of the territory,and most of the poverty-stricken areas in Shanxi are located in mountainous areas.As a result of poverty and backwardness,people’s ideas and skills have not been integrated outside,but rather a good protection of local residential buildings,including many traditional residential buildings,such as Shanxi traditional courtyard,brick and concrete buildings,cave buildings and so on.With the reform and development,and with the rapid development of China’s economy,most of the young rural labor force began to flee the backward countryside and go north to Guangzhou,Taiyuan and other big cities to develop,resulting in the rural elderly living alone in Shanxi.In view of the increasing number of empty nesters in rural areas,and in some areas of architectural value,the traditional residential buildings are adapted to aging,making it more suitable for the elderly to live.This transformation not only protects the traditional settlements,but also meets the needs of the local elderly.And this way of protection of the local traditional settlements is the protection of life,is the protection of life.This paper is divided into four parts,as follows:In the first part,this part mainly explains the research background,research methods,explores the current situation of residential buildings in Shanxi settlements,living conditions,the situation of residents,and carries on the aging transformation of the living environment of the elderly in mountainous rural areas.The second part is the investigation on the suitable aging of the settlement space in Shanxi mountainous areas and the old-age post buildings in Beijing.Based on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of mountain settlement space in Shanxi Province,through field investigation and questionnaire distribution,this paper explores the current situation of local settlement space and the needs of the local elderly,and puts forward some questions.At the same time,through the investigation and analysis of the old-age service posts and old-age buildings in Beijing,the physiological and psychological state of the elderly is studied.The third part is the main part of the article.This paper mainly studies and analyses the aging modification of mountain buildings and dwellings.In mountain settlements,the overall environment of the settlement should be adapted to aging,including the adapted aging of mountain terrain,the adapted aging of street space,and the adapted aging of rest and communication places.Residential buildings should be renovated to adapt to aging.The renovation of hungry and suitable aging of residential buildings is mainly carried out from courtyard space and indoor space.The indoor space is based on the behavior habits of the elderly,including diet and living habits of the elderly.The fourth part explores the possibility of building old-age posts in mountain settlements and tries to transform the existing abandoned buildings into old-age posts.
