| This topic takes the old industrial building transformation and protection as the research object,summarizes the theory and Practice Research of the old industrial building transformation and protection at home and abroad,and sums up a set of specific methods of transformation,and finally guides the completion of transformation design.According to the content of this paper,it can be divided into five chapters as follows.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly discusses the research background,the purpose and significance of the topic,the framework of the paper,the content and methods of the research,and describes the objectives,methods,significance and achievements of the research.The second chapter focuses on the development process of old industrial building model transformation,domestic and foreign transformation theory and case analysis.The case is analyzed and summarized.The third chapter summarizes the research on design and technology transformation strategy,and elaborates the different transformation methods for old industrial buildings in combination with excellent examples at home and abroad.The fourth chapter is the specific reform practice.This paper uses the excellent cases at home and abroad in Chapter 23 and the summary of renovation strategies to guide the concrete renovation design of Shijingshan Bajiao Zhongli Community Boiler Workshop.Fifth chapters:Through the induction and practice of the above chapters,the paper summarizes and discusses the problems of the old industrial building reconstruction,and puts forward the prospect of the later reconstruction design practice and theory,especially the reuse of the old industrial building in China. |
