Study On The Renovation Of Old Industrial Buildings

With the development of city and the upgrading of the industrial structure, a large number of industrial buildings have lost the function of production and abandoned. Before our country simply take all the demolition and reconstruction of the way to deal with this kind of building, resulting in a waste of resources and pollution of the environment, heritage and social problem solving also helpless in the context of the city. In the western developed countries, the transformation of the old industrial buildings and reuse has entered a mature stage, because of our industrial development started late, reuse of old industrial buildings in time behind the developed countries, in the understanding of historical context of echo and human factors, ecological and sustainable development and the corresponding policy specification guidelines inadequate.The problem of reuse of old industrial buildings transformation for the emergence of a large number of China’s urban renewal process in this paper, after analyzing the related development history at home and abroad, summarizes the restriction to reuse advantages, factors, the overall principle and design technique, and combining with actual cases in the region a more typical of old industrial buildings to reuse Suzhou industrial park before the start stage, the analysis of the current problems in our country, and put forward pertinent suggestions and measures.
